We use Australia Post Standard Post as our shipping carrier.

We charge a standard $15 on all domestic shipping.

We can dispatch your order via Express Post if requested.

Pick-Up

We offer free pick-up from our Echuca location.

Monday to Thursday: 9am - 4pm

Friday: 9am - 3pm

For our original collections, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of order dispatch date.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return their order and provide payment for exchanged order to be shipped.

Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

For all custom apparel, we do not offer any returns or exchanges.

All custom orders are accompanied by a customer specification sheet which outlines the specific details of the custom apparel item.

By returning the form with name and date, you acknowledge all details are correct.

Custom T-Shirts Echuca will not be held responsible for costs involved in reproducing work that has been incorrectly approved.
